Packaging was acceptable and outer box was sealed, but outer box got crumpled (of course by the carrier handling), thank god the product is not damaged.
Second, the product itself, overall acceptable, however i though the claws is made of silicone (not like the other similar products) but it turned our to be made of plastic covered with a thin silicone sheet, so take care it is not that flexible and can get broken (it is not silicone), also the silicone small fingers in the center is just a decor but it doesn't have any function and it doesn't vibrate.
device gives nice vibrations that have different modes and this cause tingling sensation to your head.
device is very light weight.
