To initiate a return, please contact us at info@beautyflaircare.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return in your email. Once the RMA number has been issued, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your own cost.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement. If a replacement is not possible, we will process a refund.
